Full Job Description Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Programmer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing software solutions that enhance our operational efficiency and quality control processes. This role requires a strong understanding of programming languages and methodologies, as well as experience with various inspection tools and techniques. Duties Develop, test, and maintain software applications to support manufacturing processes. Collaborate with engineering teams to create and optimize programs for CNC machines. Conduct dimensional inspections and quality inspections to ensure compliance with specifications. Interpret schematics and technical drawings to facilitate programming tasks. Utilize bore gauges and coordinate measuring machines for precise measurements. Implement GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) principles in programming tasks. Ensure adherence to
ISO 13485
standards in all programming activities. Design tooling solutions to improve production efficiency. Create CAD models to support manufacturing processes. Skills Proficient in programming languages relevant to manufacturing environments. Strong knowledge of dimensional inspection techniques and quality inspection standards. Familiarity with schematics, bore gauges, and coordinate measuring machines. Understanding of
ISO 13485
requirements related to software development in medical devices. Experience with CNC programming and operation. Knowledge of GD&T principles for accurate design specifications.
