Quality Technician 1st & 2nd Shift 25′ 2.6 2.6 out of 5 stars Madison, AL 35756 JobForce is a leading provider of workforce solutions, dedicated to connecting skilled workers with top employers. We are currently seeking motivated and detail-oriented Quality Technician’s to join our client’s team.
Position Summary:
The quality technician is responsible for the following aspects of quality in the plant: Assist in maintaining customer drawings and specifications. Provide all necessary paperwork to shop floor for production. Provide all necessary measuring equipment and tools to production. Assist in maintenance of the
ISO 9001
program. Report and assist in answering any questions on customer specifications brought forth, by the production employees. Regularly inspect material being produced. Aid in evaluation that all quality procedures are being followed and implemented.
Qualifications:
Working knowledge of measurement techniques. Knowledge of
ISO 9001
quality system. Ability to read and interpret blueprints. Ability to communicate techniques to employees.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand for an extended period of time. Some minimal lifting required. Ability to work on the computer for an extended time. #PPG2
