The Quality Assurance (QA) Training Coordinator is responsible for providing Quality Assurance audit functions, training and coaching for General, Family Planning and Maternity care coordination staff. This role will assist management with providing training and education during staff meetings. This position will travel to locations within the

Service area through a reliable means of transportation insured in accordance with Company policy.
REQUIRED
ADN or BSW Two years of experience in medical case management Current RN or SW license in good standing with the appropriate State of Alabama board Valid driver’s license in good standing May require significant face-to-face member contact with duties regularly performed away from the principal place of business Willing to submit to vaccine testing and screening Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills as well as a thorough knowledge of medical terminology Highly motivated, goal oriented, and willing to work to satisfy department goals when required Ability to be flexible to accommodate shifting priorities Ability to perform day-to-day responsibilities with minimal supervision, exercising independent judgment, and maintaining confidentiality Excellent organizational and time management skills
PREFERRED
