Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Quality Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will support quality control processes across production, ensure compliance with internal and customer quality standards, and actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct product inspections and audits to ensure compliance with customer requirements and internal specifications
• Manage and document non-conformance reports (NCRs) and coordinate corrective/preventive actions (CAPA)
• Monitor and analyze production quality metrics
• Assist in internal and external audits (e.g., IATF 16949, ISO 9001)
• Participate in PPAP, APQP, and control plan activities
• Support Gauge R&R studies and calibration activities
• Maintain records of inspection results and quality data for traceability Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering preferred, or closely related field, and 1 year of experience.
