Summary:
This skilled position will be responsible for ensuring the highest degree of product quality is achieved in the current manufacturing processes. This position will work with QA/QC to ensure company standards are adhered to.
Responsibilities:
- Inspection of welding, steel fabrication, coatings, and other materials.
- Monitoring work for compliance with approved shop drawings, standards, and specifications.
- Communicating with fabricators and management.
- Production of daily shop reports.
Qualifications:
- Minimum years of experience: 2
- Computer skills
- Strong communication skills
- AWS Certification preferred but not required
- NACE or SSPC Certification preferred but not required
- NDE/NDT Certification preferred but not required
