Job Duties:
Conduct tests and experiments on materials and chemicals used in manufacturing of automotive parts such as induction systems, reservoir tanks, cockpit module, plastic engineered interior parts, and blackout tapes to ensure quality and compliance with industry standards. Prepare, operate, and maintain laboratory equipment for chemical, mechanical, and thermal testing of materials. Monitor test data and document results to assist in product development and quality assurance processes. Perform chemical analyses to determine material composition and identify potential defects or failures. Assist in the development of new testing protocols and improvement of existing procedures. Ensure adherence to safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized laboratory environment.
