Quality Coordinator Pay:
$19-$25 per hour, based upon experience Duties / Requirements Collaboration in the planning, coordination and implantation of all quality-promoting and Quality assurance activities in the course of the series production (Implement and Upgrade) Quality Systems (Customer, IATF16949)) Collaboration in the monitoring of the production processes for compliance specification, also through internal audits Support in process planning, FEMA creation, inspection planning and PLP creation Responsible for developing inspection test plans, quality work instruction, and all other contractual required quality documentation Instruction and training of MA (Develop training to build quality awareness) Processing of customer and supplier complaints Moderation of the problem-solving team Statement (8D-Report) to customers in coordination with team / Supervisors Monitoring and testing test equipment (test equipment capabilities) Working knowledge of the following:
APQP / PPAP / 5S / TS16949
Support and Maintain PFC, PFMEAS, MQC and PQCTs Devise sampling procedures designs and develop forms, instructions for recordings and evaluating data Work with customer and suppliers on first-part approvals Review contracts drawings, specifications, procedures, test procedures inspection and test analysis as required Ensure that non-conforming material is controlled and segregated, and that management and appropriate departments are notified for disposition Benefits Leading Market Insurance Medical Dental Vision Life Ins.
