Pay & Schedule Pay Rate:
$16.50 to $19.50 per hour, based on experience
Schedule:
Monday – Thursday, 5:30 AM – 4:00 PM (3-day weekends!)
Employment Type:
Temp-to-Hire (90-day evaluation period) What You’ll Be Doing Perform in-process inspections by confirming specifications and conducting visual and measurement tests Select and inspect output samples using micrometers, calipers, and other precision tools Communicate findings and necessary adjustments to the production supervisor Read and interpret blueprints and technical documents to ensure product accuracy Record performance data and maintain customer-required documentation Evaluate and support improvements in manufacturing processes and system efficiencies Conduct raw material and finished goods testing Contribute to the maintenance of safe, high-quality production environments Prepare detailed reports based on data collection and analysis Why You’ll Love Working Here You’ll receive weekly pay, plus access to comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, short-term disability , and 401(k) retirement plans. What You’ll Need to Bring Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods Strong attention to detail with a sense of urgency and accountability Basic computer literacy and solid math skills Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal Demonstrated initiative, flexibility, and problem-solving ability in manufacturing settings Experience in aerospace or automotive manufacturing is a plus Familiarity with precision measuring instruments and quality documentation practices ASQ certification (Quality Inspector, Quality Control Engineer, Calibration Technician, or Auditor) is a plus Think you’ve got the right specs for this opportunity?
