We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Quality Administrator to join our team. In this critical role, you will maintain accurate and up-to-date records of quality documents, input data into quality management system, and assist with implementing and maintaining of the Quality Management System.

Participate and lead internal and external auditing Gather and enter data, support corrective and preventative actions Manage and track non-conformance reporting Investigate root causes and implement corrective actions Prepare and present reporting on overall quality performance, metrics, and compliance Support training and compliance efforts of the quality team Schedule, prepare, and manage internal audits (QMS, Process, Workstation, LPA) Train and qualify internal auditors; assess training effectiveness and maintain audit readiness Track and issue training forms; maintain the Training Matrix Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental (QSE) standards Communicate audit results and drive corrective actions and continuous improvement

Qualifications:

High School Diploma required; post-secondary education preferred Previous internal/external auditor experience or training preferred Willing to obtain or currently have IATF Lead Auditor certification Understanding of ISO or

IATF 16949 QMS
