Quality Analyst

Job Description
Quality Analyst which will be responsible for inspecting incoming material, finished products and purchased products that will be sent to customers of JDR Manufacturing.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Measure Tooling and Components to ensure they are made to specification
- Document results of all inspections and give feedback to peers and management
- Disposition products by pass/fail/rework criteria with engineering guidance
- Work in conjunction with Toolmakers and Technicians to assure quality in products
- Adhere to all D&M safety and workforce policies
- Other duties as required
Required skills/abilities: - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Effective time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work with minimal supervision
- Capability to function well in a high-paced environment
- Skilled in using measurement devices such as micrometers, drop gages, calipers, etc…
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word or related software
