Inspection Job Duties Include:
Performs first piece, in process, and final dimensional inspections on manufactured parts and components Performs receiving inspection activities associated with purchased parts, components, material, and services Performs Commercial Dedication inspections Records inspection results Documents non-conformance to drawing or specification requirements Benefits Conval offers include, but are not limited to: Medical and Dental Insurance Paid vacation and personal days Paid holidays Life Insurance 401k plan with a company match
Tuition Reimbursement Requirements:
Qualifications to be a
Conval Inspector:
Basic math skills, including fractions and decimals Experience working in a manufacturing environment Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations Knowledge database software or manufacturing software preferred Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel preferred Prior experience using gauges such as micrometers, calipers, and height stands Previous inspection experience is required Experience operating a CMM preferred Experience with NDT Penetrant Testing is a plus
