AB_4778632 Are you familiar with food safety procedures and Good Manufacturing Practices? Are you skilled with quality inspections and documenting production data? We are in need of a Quality Assurance Technician to join our team on 2nd shift! Hours are 9:00am
- 5:00pm (with flexibilty to work as early as 3:30am and as late as 10pm
- when 1st/2nd shift employees are out about 5 times/month maximum). Pay starting between $19
- $21/hour, depending on experience.

- $21 per hour shift: First work hours: 9 AM
- 5 PM education: High School Responsibilities Measuring, weighing and visually inspecting goods in production Record key data in the plant regarding raw material receipt, daily cleaning, storage temperatures, pest control, metal detection, packing logs, etc.
Assist the Quality Manager with logging FDA and USDA data using computers and paper logs Assist Quality Manager in calibration of instruments and testing of products including scales and Xray machines Receiving items from deliveries following proper safety and handling procedures Assist with quarterly safety training Audit & update key product specifications as identified by management The essential functions of this role include: wearing steel toe shoes working in a non-temperature controlled environment manual lifting up to 30lbs standing for 10 hours at one time working up to 10 hrs of overtime per week Skills Quality Assurance Quality Control Product Inspection First Yield Pass Sampling Inspection Production Control Sorting Providing Feedback GMP Microsoft Office USDA Standards Testing Monitoring SSOPs Calibrations Production Data Logging Verifying Labels Visual Inspections Checking Temperature/Guages Qualifications Years of experience: 1 year Experience level: Experienced Randstad is a world leader in matching great people with great companies.
