We are seeking a passionate and experienced
PC-DMIS CMM
Programmer to join our dynamic team in themanufacturing industry. This is a permanent position, offering afantastic opportunity to contribute to our growth and success whileenhancing your skills in a challenging and rewarding environment.
The ideal candidate will have a solid background in CMM Programmingand the ability to collaborate effectively with our production teamto ensure the highest quality of our products.
Responsibilities:

PC-DMIS CMM
Programmer, you will be responsible for thefollowing: 1. Developing and maintaining CMM programs using PC-DMISsoftware to support inspection and manufacturing processes. 2.Interpreting engineering drawings, CAD data, and GD&T to createaccurate and efficient CMM programs. 3. Performing first-article,in-process, and final inspections to ensure compliance with designspecifications. 4. Collaborating closely with the manufacturing andquality teams to identify and resolve potential issues in productquality or production efficiency. 5. Training and guiding operatorsand inspectors on the use of CMM equipment and software. 6.Documenting inspection results by completing reports and logs,summarizing re-work and waste and inputting data into qualitydatabase. 7. Participating in continuous improvement initiatives,contributing ideas and suggestions to enhance our processes andproducts.
Qualifications:
To be considered for this exciting role,you will need the following: 1. A minimum of 5 years of experienceas a CMM Programmer, preferably in the manufacturing industry. 2.Proficiency in CMM Programming and in using PC-DMIS software is amust. 3. Solid understanding of geometric dimensioning andtolerancing (GD&T) principles. 4. Ability to read and interpretcomplex engineering drawings and CAD data. 5. Strongproblem-solving skills, with an analytical mind and keen attentionto detail. 6. Excellent communication skills, with the ability toexplain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner. 7. Aproactive approach to work, with the ability to work independentlyand as part of a team. 8. A degree in a relevant field, such asmechanical engineering or industrial technology, would be anadvantage.
