Candidates must provide required PPE (e.g., steel-toe shoes) Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented 2nd Shift Quality Inspector to join a precision manufacturing team that produces aerospace engine parts and components. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with long-term potential for the right candidate. Key Responsibilities Perform final inspection of finished aerospace engine parts and components Conduct visual and dimensional inspections using required gauging and measuring equipment Read, analyze, and interpret blueprints and operation sheets to ensure compliance with customer requirements Utilize measurement tools including micrometers, borescopes, gages, and other inspection instruments Operate CMM using PCDMIS (experience preferred) Apply working knowledge of geometric tolerancing Identify non-conforming parts and complete all associated documentation Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment Qualifications 2+ years of inspection experience in a manufacturing or aerospace setting preferred Strong understanding of blueprint reading and geometric tolerancing Comfortable with various measuring and inspection tools Able to multitask effectively in a high-production environment Additional Information This role may involve standing for long hours and lifting moderate loads Reliable transportation is required (location may not be accessible by public transit) Parking details and site accessibility will be reviewed during onboarding
Pay Details:
