Quality Inspector comprehends the qualityexpectations for the product and supplies for company. Approving orrejecting raw materials with respect to quality standards andrecord supplier performance. Selecting output samples and checkingthem using appropriate methods.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Readblueprints and instructions to comprehend the quality expectationsfor the product and supplies Approve or reject raw materials withrespect to quality standards and record supplier performance Selectoutput samples and check them using appropriate methods (measuringdimensions, testing functionality, comparing to specificationsetc.) Use automated systems to perform complex testing proceduresMaintain records of testing, information and various metrics suchas number of defective products per day etc. Inspect procedures ofthe entire production cycle to ensure they are efficient and complywith safety standards Monitor the use of equipment to ensure it issafe and well-maintained and discard any that doesn’t meetrequirements Prepare and submit reports to the quality manager

Skills/Qualifications:
