Job Description:

Nesco Resource is looking for a Quality Coordinator located inBethel, CT. This is a contract position expected to last throughFebruary 2026 (Could be longer) for the right candidate.

Shift:

Monday-Friday 8AM-4:30

PM Pay:

$25-$28/Hour Depending on experience

Position Overview:

The Quality Coordinator is responsible forsupporting and coordinating quality-related activities to ensureproduct and process compliance with customer specifications andinternal standards. This role may involve general support acrossquality functions or specialized focus in a specific quality area.

Key Responsibilities:

Apply knowledge of quality assuranceprinciples, tools, and procedures to perform day-to-day tasks andensure compliance with internal and external requirements.

Participate in root cause analysis and problem-solving initiativesto address quality issues and drive continuous improvement. Supportthe development, implementation, and maintenance of qualityassurance procedures and documentation. Monitor and ensureadherence to customer specifications and industry standards withinassigned work areas. Assist in identifying and sharing bestpractices to strengthen overall quality performance across teams.

Contribute to process improvements that enhance product quality,reduce variation, and increase efficiency.

Qualifications:

Previousexperience in quality control, quality assurance, or a related rolein a manufacturing or production environment. Understanding ofquality systems, tools, and methodologies (e.g., CAPA, root causeanalysis, ISO standards). Strong attention to detail and aproactive approach to identifying and resolving issues. Goodcommunication and collaboration skills, with the ability to workeffectively across teams. Experience with quality audits orregulatory compliance. Familiarity with customer qualityrequirements in manufacturing environments.
