Operations TechnicianJob Description The Operations Technician is responsible for managing the incoming raw materials and ensuring QA compliance of vendor products used in product manufacturing. This role involves packaging and shipping all items produced by the company and conducting QC inspections of materials for manufacturing. The technician will also assist in various roles related to assembly and packaging. Responsibilities + Manage incoming raw materials and ensure QA compliance of vendor products. + Package and ship all items produced by the company. + Conduct QC inspections of all materials coming in for manufacturing. + Assist in different roles within assembly and packaging processes. Essential Skills + Inventory compliance and management. + Receiving and shipping of materials. + Manufacturing processes knowledge. + QA compliance in medical device manufacturing. + FDA manufacturing guidelines. + ISO and GMP processing standards. + Experience in clean room environments. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Minimum of a high school diploma. + Experience in biotechnology, QC, or QA compliance is a plus. + Experience with MRP/ERP systems or strong software proficiency is advantageous. + Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial facility. + Moderate proficiency in Excel. Work Environment This role is based in an ISO-certified facility, ensuring a clean and organized environment. The Operations Technician will work collaboratively with research and development, manufacturing, QA, and QC teams to achieve company goals. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 – $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
