Operations Technician Position Available In Alachua, Florida

Job Title:

Operations TechnicianJob Description The Operations Technician is responsible for managing the incoming raw materials and ensuring QA compliance of vendor products used in product manufacturing. This role includes packaging and shipping all items produced by the company, conducting QC inspections of all incoming materials for manufacturing, and assisting in various roles related to assembly and packaging. Responsibilities + Manage incoming raw materials and ensure QA compliance of vendor products. + Package and ship all items produced by the company. + Conduct QC inspections of all materials incoming for manufacturing. + Assist in different roles related to assembly and packaging. Essential Skills + Experience in inventory compliance, receiving, and shipping. + Knowledge of manufacturing processes, QA compliance, and medical device standards. + Familiarity with FDA manufacturing, ISO standards, and GMP processing. + Ability to work effectively in a clean room environment. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Minimum high school diploma. + Experience in biotechnology, QC, or QA compliance is a plus. + Experience with an MRP/ERP system or strong software proficiency is advantageous. + Moderate proficiency in Excel. + Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial facility. Work Environment This position is situated in an ISO-certified facility with a clean environment, requiring collaboration with R D, manufacturing, QA, and QC teams. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 – $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
