Competitive pay, consistent schedule, and long-term career pathways. Key Responsibilities Conduct inspections using FARO arm & Polyworks/Verisurf software. Verify paint, anodize, and material specs meet drawing and process requirements. Create and review AS9102-compliant FAIRs using InspectionXpert or similar tools. Ensure tool calibration and documentation compliance. Lead internal audits and support external audits as point-of-contact. Collaborate with production and engineering to troubleshoot quality issues. Maintain QMS integrity and adherence to AS9100 standards. What We’re Looking For 3+ years of inspection/quality experience in manufacturing. Strong GD&T interpretation skills; blueprint and PO comprehension. Comfortable with Microsoft Office and inspection software. Familiarity with FARO Arm, Polyworks, Verisurf, and standard measurement tools. Team player with a high attention to detail and accountability. Additional Requirements U.S. Citizenship or authorized to work in the U.S. Ability to pass background check, drug screen, and pre-employment physical. Comfortable working in a shop environment (PPE required, standing for long periods).
