The QA Representative works in the day-to-day quality operations ensuring documentation, traceability and manufacturing processes meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. The Quality Assurance Representative is responsible for checking to see whether products, services, and documentation provided meet specified customer requirements prior to releasing the final product to the customer.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

Build product Data Package and Issuing Certification of Compliance. Verification of Quality Clauses per customer PO. Verification of Customer’s Approval for Supplier Sources. Verifications of Material and Hardware Certifications. Verification that all data requirements match DWG Revisions. Verify As Built Configuration vs As Design Configuration. Coordinate and work with Source Inspections. Ensure all products meet customer specifications and regulatory requirements. Be an active team member for quality improvement initiatives and projects aimed at reducing defects and improving quality. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to help implement process improvements. Prepare and present quality reports as necessary. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers and customers. Coordinate with regulatory bodies during audits and inspections. Other duties as assigned.

Skills & Experience:

5 years’ experience in a quality data management role, aerospace industry a plus. Fluent knowledge of working with external accreditations, AS9100 a plus. Able to work multiple customers’ requirements simultaneously. Proficiency in MS Office. Must be able to perform, with or without reasonable accommodation, all essential functions of the job. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Must be highly detail oriented with a strong commitment to quality and continuous improvement. Excellent customer service skills. Must be able to communicate in the English language. Must be a US citizen.

Academic Requirements:

High School Degree; Further qualifications are a plus.

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to sit or stand up to 8 hours per day uninterrupted. Exposure to outdoor weather conditions.
