Responsibilities:

Promote quality improvement initiatives and standard practices across the site
Manage all internal and external audits; ensure timely resolution of non-conformance reports
Inspect quality procedures and manage process inspections, including paint inspections
Assist with warranty claims and customer responses; contribute to monthly KPI reports
Ensure safety by performing regular audits and monitoring workplace health and safety compliance
Evaluate environmental compliance through internal audits and support external inspections
Train personnel by preparing and delivering ad-hoc toolbox training
Communicate management directives and participate in review meetings
Champion company values and respond to related operational requests

Requirements:

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Strong auditing experience, ideally with ISO9001 and

ISO14001

Experience in delivering training sessions
Manufacturing experience preferred; aviation industry experience a plus
Fluent in English
Strong planning and organizational skills with high attention to detail
Effective communicator, confident under pressure, and strong relationship builder
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
