Do you know the ins and outs of interstate moving, and love making sure everything goes right? We’re an established interstate moving brokerage looking for a Quality Assurance Specialist to join our growing team. π§
Your Mission:
- Reach out to customers 3-5 days before the move via email or phone
- Help clients prepare for their move β no surprises allowed
- Update inventory lists and cost estimates
- Assist with document signing and payment processing
- Identify high-risk jobs and them early
- Negotiate and find win-win compromises where needed β
You Are:
- Experienced in sales and QA for interstate moving companies
- Calm under pressure and naturally solution-oriented
- Familiar with FMCSA rules, carrier procedures, and Granot
- Obsessed with customer care and helping them save money while staying fully prepared
