This position requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.

Duties and Responsibilities :

Strictly follow safety policies, procedures, rules and safe work methods, along with making safety suggestions to support continuous improvements in safety Operate basic machinery such as saws, drills, and cutting tools Perform general shop maintenance and cleaning Inspect materials and finished products for quality assurance Follow all safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE Lift and move heavy materials (up to 50 lbs) as needed Working cooperatively with others to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets Contribute to continuous improvement culture Other duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :

Must be able to read measuring tape Be able to safely use power tools and basic hand tools Ability to read and follow instructions accurately Physically capable of standing, lifting, and performing manual labor for extended periods Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Adherence to workplace safety guidelines Maintain quality and necessary quantities Clear, effective communication
