Who We’re Looking For We are seeking a Quality Assurance Assistant who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of individuals battling behavioral health challenges. What You’ll Do Assist in compliance activities of the quality system and participate in continuous improvement activities. Review group notes to ensure notes meet regulatory and accreditation standards. Demonstrate proficiency in KIPU (the electronic health record) and practice management system. Orient Mental Health Specialist upon hire on Electronic Health Record, KIPU Complete scanning of the medical record documents after verifying all documents are completed in entirety as per facility policy and procedure. Complete the photocopying, faxing and mailing of designated medical record reports to providers at discharge in accordance with Release of Information policies and procedures. What You Need Associate Degree, or Bachelor’s degree preferred. Experience in a substance abuse or mental health treatment setting (preferred).
