Job Description:
Quality Assurance Associate We are seeking an organized and detail oriented skilled Product and Shipment Quality Assurance Associate to oversee and inspect all aspects of our daily warehouse product fabrication and shipping operations out of our Coconut Creek, FL warehouse. This candidate ensures that products meet company quality standards throughout the fabrication and shipping process, maintaining incoming and outgoing inventory accuracy and adheres to safety protocols. The ideal candidate for this position is analytical, demonstrates strong organizational and attention to detail capabilities, and has a solid knowledge of logistics operations and procedures.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including: Verify quantity and quality inspection of goods received against packing lists, checking for damage or defects and ensuring the correct items are shipped and received. Maintain accurate product and order inventory management, storage and records. Inspect all orders produced or picked in the factory to ensure product quality standards are met, are packaged properly with necessary labels and paperwork Creating, monitoring and maintaining quality control reports and documentation. Identifying any quality issue or product/order discrepancies that may arise. Capable of working well with warehouse personnel, shipping and logistics teams. Validate material deliveries, pick-ups, equipment, and order fulfillment requirements for safety and damage prevention. Inspect and catalog all outgoing and incoming shipments. Ability to work in a face-paced environment. Strategize and resolve quality control logistical challenges. Troubleshoot any issues related to shipped orders.
Qualifications:
Strong attention to detail. Adheres to company quality standards. Effective written and verbal communication for process documentation and collaboration with team members. Problem solving skills to identify and resolve any quality standard issues and implement corrective actions. Proficient with project management software, Google Office Suite and MS Office Suite. Familiarity with quality control principles, procedures, inspection methods and documentation. Working knowledge of warehouse safety regulations. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Team leader and player.
Preferred Qualifications:
High school diploma; Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics or relative field. Proficient in reading, writing and speaking English. Bilingual Spanish-speaking a plus. Experience in managing and monitoring the flow of goods in and out of the warehouse.
