What’s a typical day as Quality Assurance Associate? You’ll be: Demonstrating expertise in Quality Systems and the distribution process Managing the local Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure the site is audit-ready and continuously improving. Providing specialized training to staff and ensuring timely management of deviations, CAPA, and change controls. Support customer complaint process and respond to any complaints Assist with handling of recalls and storage of controlled subtances This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have knowledge of regulations and statutes governing the distribution of prescription drugs, with a preference for experience in the field.
- Possess strong skills in written and oral communication and can operate computer software, including MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
