Position:
QC Inspector Aero Accessories provides advanced repair solutions for Next Generation Fuel, Pneumatic, Hydraulic & Electro-Mechanical components. Through this intersection of expertise and technology we are able to offer an unparalleled value Job Responsibilities Read, understand and inspect completed components maintenance documents to determine conformance to requirements. Record inspection results by completing reports, summarizing re-works and wastes and inputting data into quality database. Ensure that all inspections are properly performed on all completed work in accordance with internal procedures and FAA requirements. Ensure calibrated tools used to maintain aircraft have current calibration and are undamaged. Ensure materials with shelf-life are labeled with an expiry date and any expired material from service has been removed. Deliver feedback on quality issues from inspection fields to ensure continuous improvement and quality achievement. Conduct follow-up audits to review the effectiveness of implemented corrective actions. Participate in the internal audit process as directed by the Director of Quality. Perform all other duties as assigned. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations A&P Mechanics License Qualifications / Skills Superb written and communication skills. Attention to details is a must. Education and Experience Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum of five (5) years of A&P Mechanic experience required .
