Key Responsibilities

  • Inspects in-process and/or finished production assemblies and sub-assemblies for conformance to quality assurance standards
  • Performs tasks from blueprints, engineering change notices, or established operating procedures
  • Determines acceptance, rejection, or rework requirements of unit
  • Prepares and maintains inspection reports and records
  • Perform additional tasks assigned by management
  • Follows all DG safety procedures as per company policies and per the Facility Engineer/Safety DirectorRequired Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum one (1) year of experience as a Quality Inspector in a manufacturing environment
  • Hands-on experience with precision inspection tools, including calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and other measuring Instruments
  • Familiarity with ERP systems
  • Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and other relevant software
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 25 lbs
  • Visual requirements include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus
