Quality Inspector 3.9 3.9 out of 5 stars Booneville, MS 38829 Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Inspector to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that products meet established quality standards and specifications. This role involves conducting inspections, analyzing data, and collaborating with various departments to maintain high-quality production processes. The Quality Assurance Inspector will play a crucial role in upholding our commitment to quality and compliance with industry standards. Duties Perform quality inspections on incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products. Analyze inspection data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Ensure compliance with quality assurance standards, including
ISO 13485.
Utilize Vision Inspection Systems and Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) for precise measurements. Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions. Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and quality control measures. Assist in the development and implementation of quality management systems. Participate in internal audits and support external audits as required. Skills Proficient in quality inspection techniques and methodologies. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively. Knowledge of Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) practices. Familiarity with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and
ISO 13485
standards. Experience using Vision Inspection Systems and Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM). Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members across departments.
