: Behavioral Services of Collier (BSC) is an agency that specializes in ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) therapy. We provide services to children and adolescents diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, Developmental Disorder, Conduct Disorder, etc. We provide in-home, school/daycare-based Behavior Therapy covering the following counties: Collier, Hendry, Lee, Glades, Charlotte, Sarasota, St Lucie, and Hillsborough. Our agency is currently looking for an office clerk who can provide excellent customer service. The position comes with a high degree of organization, customer service, flexibility, and self-management skills. We are looking for someone who is motivated and passionate about helping kids, to join our growing team and grow with us!

Responsibilities and Duties :

Check records and documents for accuracy and compliance Ensure all requirements are met before sending over to process billing Sends notifications to therapists when applicable Completes internal quality assurance review as directed Communicates with company personnel in a professional and friendly manner Provide training to therapists as needed and required. Understand sense of urgency and prioritization of tasks Performs other appropriate duties as assigned to meet the needs of the department and the Company Provide exceptional customer service
