AB_4761846 Randstad is hiring for a Quality Assurance Inspector for one of the premier manufacturers of stainless and alloy pipe fittings and flanges in the world. This position plans and conducts activities concerned with the quality control and quality assurance of industrial processes, materials, and products.

salary:

$41,600•$49,920 per year shift: First work hours: 7:30 AM•4 PM education: High School Responsibilities Performs daily cycle counts and reconciliation of discrepancies. Maintains, develops, and initiates standards and methods for inspection, auditing, and evaluation of warehouse inventory. A review of all purchased products and verifies the order is accurate. Documents obtained data during all quality activities consistent with company policies and procedures. Develop new approaches to solve problems identified during quality activities. Communicates significant issues or developments identified during quality activities and provides recommended process improvements to management. Prepares reports to communicate results, outbound errors, root cause analysis to improve processes. Prepares, presents, and trains team members and management on quality process. Other duties as assigned. The essential functions of this role include: working in a smoke free environment wearing steel toe shoes working in a non-temperature controlled environment standing for 8 hours at one time Skills Quality Assurance (2 years of experience is required) Cycle Counting Product Inspection Production Control First Yield Pass Providing Feedback MS Office (2 years of experience is required) Word Manufacturing (2 years of experience is required) Technical Support Math and Calculation Blueprint Reading Shop Diagrams Qualifications Years of experience: 2 years Experience level: Experienced Randstad is a world leader in matching great people with great companies.
