This position is a contract opportunity with our top client and is Fully Remote and potential for conversion. Pay is $30hr with equipment provided. The QA Specialist will support Quality operations and the CRM Administrator. This position will be expected to have significant knowledge of the phone and incident management systems to support data loads, system changes, training, and quality audits. Assist in the development of standard processes.
