Full-Time Job Responsibilities:
Inspect plastic components for visual defects, measurements, and other quality criteria. Record and report inspection results and maintain accurate documentation. Communicate with production staff regarding quality concerns and corrective actions. Follow quality control procedures and company safety policies at all times. Assist in root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous quality control or inspection experience in a manufacturing setting required. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings or specifications. Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills. Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, data entry). Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus – ability to communicate effectively with a diverse workforce is highly valued.
