How You’ll Make an Impact Lead and facilitate customer sourcing of parts for shipment operating and collaborating as a team member with manufacturing and engineering. Working with Quality Engineers to prepare customer presentations and paperwork. Assuring parts are shipment ready by performing a visual over-inspect, and proper documentation review. Coordinate internal and external source audits and track findings for each. Assist with packing and unpacking parts and with data gathering for defects investigation. Other duties assigned by quality. What You Bring Technical degree preferred. 5 years or more in relevant work experience. Strong communication skills written and verbal, ability to multitask and working knowledge of Microsoft Office with an emphasis on Excel, PowerPoint and Word. Must be very detail oriented with the ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations and define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions interpreting an extensive variety of technical instructions. Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without the need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization. This position will require an export license from the Department of Commerce, Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the Department of State, Directorate of Defense Trade Controls. Issuance of any required license is a prerequisite for this position. The candidate must be able to work with export-controlled technology in accordance with US export control law.
