The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that products meet quality standards and specifications throughout the manufacturing process. This role requires a strong understanding of quality control processes and the ability to utilize various precision measuring instruments. The Quality Technician will play a crucial role in maintaining high-quality standards and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. What you will be doing Conduct quality inspections on incoming materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure compliance with specifications. Utilize precision measuring equipment Perform analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement in quality processes. Execute quality audits to assess adherence to established quality standards and procedures. Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions as necessary. Document inspection results, maintain accurate records, and report findings to management. About you Proven experience in quality inspection or quality control within a manufacturing environment is preferred. Strong understanding of quality control methodologies Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments Experience conducting quality audits and implementing corrective actions based on findings. Ability to analyze data effectively and make informed decisions based on results.
