QC/QA Associate
We are excited to share a new opportunity! PrideStaff, a nationally recognized staffing company, has been given an opportunity to assist a top employer in Fort Myers!
Job Responsibilities:
Conducting thorough inspections of raw materials, in-process items, and finished products.
Interpreting technical blueprints and specifications.
Identifying and documenting non-conforming products or components.
Monitoring production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards.
Recommending process adjustments to enhance product quality and efficiency.
Collaborating with production teams to address and resolve quality-related concerns.
Maintaining comprehensive records of inspections and tests.
Generating detailed reports for the Quality Manager, highlighting defects and suggesting improvements.
Ensuring accurate record-keeping and compliance with documentation procedures.
Skills Required:
Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
Adaptability and a willingness to learn new technologies and processes.
