Our client, a leading manufacturer in the area, is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Quality Control / Assembler to join their team.

Shift/Hours:

Monday – Friday

Pay Rate:

$16 – $17.00 /HR DOE

Location:
Fort Myers, FL Experience:

1+ year
Quality Assurance Job Duties and Requirements include:
Assemble products or components according to detailed specifications and quality standards
Perform quality control checks on assembled products to ensure they meet required standards
Identify and report any defects or irregularities in materials or finished products
Use hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment safely and efficiently
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work instructions
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Collaborate with team members to optimize assembly processes and improve efficiency
Follow all safety protocols and procedures
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Document quality control results and maintain accurate records
Assist in training new team members on assembly procedures and quality standards
Troubleshoot and resolve minor equipment issues
Communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues regarding production status and concerns

Skills Required:

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in manufacturing or assembly preferred
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to read and understand technical documents and instructions
Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Willingness to learn and adopt new technologies and processes
