Job Summary:
Provide support for CHP’s Quality Improvement program. Collect, analyze, organize and format quality data used to track CHP’s Commercial and Medicare quality performance indicators. Monitor compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements, develop and maintain documentation that maintains compliance.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) from four-year college or university; or one to two years’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
