The Quality Assurance Officer is responsible for supporting the Sharetec Velocity core credit union data processing system and providing crucial support to the participating members of the MCA. You will identify program gaps, create service point cases for credit union issues, and serve as the first line of support for credit unions utilizing Sharetec through MCA. As a Quality Assurance Officer, you will track and manage credit union cases and requests using Salesforce and Excel, assist MCA clients with generating custom reports, and perform annual utilization reviews to enhance their knowledge and use of the system. Additionally, you will evaluate add-on products that integrate with the Sharetec Velocity system, providing recommendations that increase value for the credit unions. Maintaining an extensive knowledge of the Sharetec Velocity system will be critical to promptly addressing client questions. The Quality Assurance Officer meets with credit union clients to identify opportunities for process enhancements and stay informed about non-Sharetec add-on products supported by MCA. The role also includes assisting with conversions and providing on-site support during the implementation of new MCA clients, ensuring a smooth transition. Regularly reviewing system-generated reports will be part of your responsibilities, as well as troubleshooting and reporting issues related to failed processes.

Qualifications:

An Associate degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field required; Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of the Associate’s degree.
A minimum of three years in data processing or a related field is required. Experience in credit unions is highly desirable.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook) at a high skill level is essential.
Working knowledge of data processing solutions and general functions is required, with credit union experience being beneficial.

Work Schedule:

As a Quality Assurance Officer, you’ll work from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Some travel may be required, including occasional overnight stays and flights, as needed. Salary is $55K+ depending on relevant experience. Help for Employer Information. Opens a new window.
