You will be the Quality Control Specialist for theOcala Operations team. Our team is responsible for building circuitcards, wiring harnesses, and electro-assemblies, specializing inlow-volume, high-mix and high-volume production. What You Will BeDoing As the Quality Control Specialist, you will be responsiblefor reviewing and developing inspection information for units,assemblies, and systems.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Reviewing specifications, prints, and manufacturing process plansto ensure inspection accuracy
  • Interpreting engineering drawingsand industry specifications
  • Recommending modifications to qualityor production standards
  • Assisting in First Article Inspections,process surveillance, and quality management system audits

MFCnews Basic Qualifications:
  • This position will be located at afacility that requires special access and requires the selectedcandidate to be a US Citizen.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Officeapplications.
  • General knowledge of quality principles
DesiredSkills:
  • Strong communication skills (both oral and written).
  • Ability to work independently and as a team player.
  • Proficient inMicrosoft Office (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • ISO-9001/AS9100

    knowledge.

  • CCA/ECA experience, Cable/Harnessexperience, Corrective Action process, MRB experience,Military/Aerospace specs.
  • Understanding of root cause analysisand corrective action.
  • Inspection experience

Work Schedules:

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules thatprovide additional flexibility to our employees.
