Essential Duties & Responsibilities Cleaning and replacement of returning shippers, as well as re-labeling and returning of such shippers to the tissue acquisition facilities. Prepare general documentation as part of the tissue receiving and inspection process, generate chart files, enter the data into inventory control system (Sage), print and label incoming tissue determining its Quarantine status. Upload all documentation (back-up file) to pertinent folders in Teams. Labeling and transfer of released tissue to production freezer locations, both physically and virtually (Sage). Keep all freezers containing incoming tissue clean and organized. Interface with QC Analytical, Donor Eligibility, Warehouse and Manufacturing internal customers. Support the QA Management for activities related to compliance with GMP. Other duties as assigned. Skills & Abilities Able to work effectively both independently and within a team framework, requiring both robust written and verbal communication skills.
