Material Technician Sileto Technologies Hialeah, FL Job Details Full-time $55,000 – $75,000 a year 15 hours ago Benefits Health insurance Paid time off Qualifications Mid-level Organizational skills Communication skills Mechanical knowledge Time management Full Job Description Job Requirements​ Material Technician​ Experience in mechanical properties (compressive strength, bending strength)​ Compromised with obtained results (Integrity)​ Able to handle a huge data volume​ Working in teams​ Hands-on​ Resilient and adaptable​ Feeling of ownership​ Self-motivated​ Focused to achieve the desired results​ Commitment to project deliverables​ Behavioral discipline​ ​ Duties and responsibilities​ Perform technical analysis of samples from RD projects​ Support commissioning facilities for the development of RD projects​ Prepare samples, fill out forms and investigate out-of-specification results;​ Collect & apply initial treatment in data from the experiments, fill out forms​ Keep control and secret overall RD projects data/information​ Supervise & perform operations tasks in PP, including, but not only:​ Dry raw material​ Casting materials​ Remove and move materials, tools and stocks (raw material & final goods)​ Extract and grid of specimens​ Quote & require Purchase Orders (P.O.) following the purchase process​ Maintain an organization of the sector and take care of the equipment;​ Register and forward the result of the analyzes to the RD project owners, following current rules and internal standards of the company.​ Write & revise technical proceeds​ Oversee outsider professionals​ Support other RD projects or Sileto’s team​ Respect & Promote all HSSE actions and requirements​ Ensure compliance with quality, health, and safety rules, guidelines, and regulations for all inside the site​ Answer all designated requirements related to the Material Technician Qualifications and wishable requirements​ Previous experience as Material / Mechanical Technician in concrete / ceramic area for at least three (3) years​ Knowledge of different areas like cement, mortar, soil, composites, structural ceramic will be considered an advantage​ Familiarity with relevant health and safety (HSSE) standards and regulations​ Good time management and organizational skills​ Good communication and interpersonal skills​ Good knowledge in handle and control of data​
