Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for quality assurance and precision? Join a leading team that supports critical systems in aerospace. As a Product Acceptance Specialist B, you’ll ensure that every part and component meets the highest standards of quality and compliance. This role is based onsite and offers a hands-on opportunity to be part of essential inspection and verification processes in a high-performance production environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct visual and measurement-based inspections to confirm product compliance with design and regulatory standards. Document inspection outcomes and maintain thorough records. Identify, document, and segregate non-conforming materials or parts. Carry out audits, surveillance, and monitoring activities to support quality control. Facilitate preliminary reviews and support resolution of non-conformance issues. Participate in customer product reviews during verification processes. Initiate corrective action requests upon identifying recurring discrepancies. Collaborate with internal teams to drive continuous improvement and maintain quality benchmarks.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED equivalent required. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in quality inspection or related technical role. Experience with standard inspection tools (calipers, pin/ring gauges, optical comparator, smart scopes, etc.). Familiarity with AS9100 standards and advanced Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) skills. Comfortable working with documentation systems and MS Office Suite. Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and remain on your feet for extended periods. Steel toe shoes required. Strong attention to detail, organization, and analytical skills. Fluency in English (reading, writing, speaking). Knowledge of Six Sigma and team-based problem-solving is a plus.
