The QA Associate plays a key role in ensuring compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements. This position is responsible for reviewing production records, supporting investigations, writing SOPs, and driving continuous improvement through the CAPA system.

Schedule:

Monday to Friday 1:30 PM – 10:00 PM (Second Shift)

$21/hour

Key Responsibilities:

The QA Associate will review production and batch records for accuracy and completeness. Draft and revise Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in accordance with regulatory guidelines. Support quality investigations and assist in identifying root causes and corrective actions. Participate in Quality Improvement Initiatives across departments. Maintain and track activities within the Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) system. The QA Associate will ensure documentation complies with GMP and internal quality standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support compliance and continuous improvement efforts.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a science or technical field preferred. 1+ years of experience in QA or a regulated industry (pharmaceutical, food, or manufacturing). Strong attention to detail and excellent written communication skills. Working knowledge of CAPA systems , documentation practices, and quality investigations.
