Full Job Description Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Assurance Inspector to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards through rigorous inspection and testing processes. This role requires a strong understanding of quality assurance methodologies and the ability to analyze data effectively. The Quality Assurance Inspector will work closely with production teams to maintain compliance with industry standards such as ISO 9001 and

ISO 13485.

Responsibilities Essential job duties and roles: a) Perform preliminary receiving inspections on incoming aircraft, accessories, components and materials. b) Inspect work of aircraft mechanics performing maintenance, modification, or repair and overhaul of aircraft and aircraft mechanical systems, in order to ensure adherence to standards and procedures. c) Prepare and maintain detailed repair, inspection, investigation, and certification records and reports. d) Document discrepancies on appropriate forms, work orders, and tags. e) Perform shelf-life inspections of materials used in the repair process. f) Recommend replacement, repair, or modification of aircraft equipment. g) Provide technical assistance for the proper application of technical data. h) Read and understand blueprints and specifications. i) Monitor or observe operations to ensure that they meet repair standards. j) Recommend adjustments to the process or assembly. k) Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

The Inspector may delegate all duties to any qualified assistant as necessary. However, such delegation does not relieve him/her of the overall responsibility. The Inspector shall be properly certificated in accordance with 14 CFR Part 65, Subpart D or E, or will be supervised by someone properly certificated in accordance with 14 CFR Part 65, Subpart D or E.

Knowledge required:
