First Shift | Monday-Friday | 7AM-4PM
PDS Tech Commercial is hiring a Quality Receiving Inspector for a full-time, 12-month consulting role in Medley, FL. As a critical player in the aerospace supply chain, you’ll ensure iing and finishedponents meet the highest standards for precision, safety, andpliance.
Your attention to detail will directly support mission-critical operations, helping keep aircraft—and the people who depend on them—safe and airborne.
This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) andor Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license. What You’ll Do
Perform first article inspections and detailed evaluations of iing parts and finished products
Visually and dimensionally inspectponents using tools like calipers, micrometers, and gauges
Interpret and verify blues, BOMs, and technical specs forpliance
Document inspection results with a high degree of technical accuracy
Identify and escalate non-conforming materials through quality notifications
Collaborate with Quality and Engineering teams to resolve discrepancies
Use SAP and other operating systems for data input and inspection traceability
What You Bring

Required Qualifications:

High school diploma or AAAS degree (or 2 years of post-high school technical training)
Minimum of 2 years relevant quality inspection experience
Ability to pass a colorvision test
Competent in using precision measuring tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers)
Basicputer skills and familiarity with systems like SAP

Preferred Qualifications:

Proficiency in interpreting engineering drawings and coating specifications
Basic math skills including fractions, decimals, and percentages
Experience documenting and resolving inspection-related issues
Ability to work independently and contribute to a quality-first culture

Pay Details:

$25.72 per hour
