Build relationships with Sales and customers to be sure that customers’ needs are met. Review, approve, and release finished goods for shipment.

Maintain control of company retentions:

logging them into boxes, and storing according to regulatory and company guidelines, fulfilling retention requests for various business needs. Generate Certificates of Analysis. Maintain accurate and complete records.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Essential Duties – Order does not necessarily indicate duty importance.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures.
  • Follow and ensure compliance to quality system and cGMP programs.
  • Review batch records for completeness and accuracy and ensure that Current Good Manufacturing Practices/Good Procurement Practices were followed, consulting with a supervisor if needed.
  • Release or reject product based on testing results against specifications and completeness of batch record documentation
  • Generate Certificates of Analysis for finished goods and send them to the appropriate salesperson, Customer Service Representative, and/or customer.
  • Catalog, box up and store sample retentions. If needed, pull retention from storage and ensure completeness of necessary documentation. Pull retention for investigations and control of database for Retained samples.
  • Request and control of logbooks Issued/received at the facility.
  • Print, control and archival of Batch records needed for the production and packaging process at the facility. Additional ¬

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Non-supervisory role.
  • Must have a high school diploma or equivalent. College degree preferred.
  • Two years of work experience.
  • No certifications or licenses required.
  • Must have basic math skills.
  • Complex reading skills required for SOPs and FDA guidelines.
  • Must have moderate computer skills in MS Office.
  • Must have moderate language skills.
  • Must have moderate writing skills
  • Must be willing to learn new tasks and procedures.
  • Ability to perform all essential position duties and responsibilities efficiently and effectively with or without reasonable accommodation without posing a direct safety threat to self or others.
  • Maintain a regular and dependable work attendance record with few instances of unplanned and/or unexpected absences.
