Job Description
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
Minimum of 6 years’ experience in the below.
Work as an interface between the supply management process and various process areas within manufacturing.
Responsible for Management of quality inspection in plant for any commodity like machined parts, plastics, stamping, electrical and so on
Inspection of commodities at various stages like raw material, machining, heat treatment, coating, non-destructive testing, stage inspection and final inspection
Support Customer Incoming Quality Head for Fitment and functional testing Preparation of inspection plan
Able to read and understand supplier inspection reports / documents
Segregation and disposition of inspected material based on inspection status
Ensuring inspection correctness of jobs machined. Support for resolution of any quality issues and implementing CAPA
Support the plant Quality Manager to monitor and report on supplier product quality and performance
Create, maintain, update all quality documentation.
Generic Managerial Skills, If any
Excellent teamwork, coordination, and communication skills
Self-starter, energizing, results oriented, and able to multi-task
Ability to handle huge data
Ability to work with cross functional teams
Ability to meet aggressive reliability, performance, cost, serviceability, and delivery targets.

Salary Range:

$63,400-$85,000 a year
