In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards through rigorous testing and inspection processes. You will play a crucial part in maintaining compliance with industry regulations and quality assurance protocols. Duties Conduct quality inspections on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure compliance with specifications. Utilize various testing equipment, including micrometers and other measurement tools, to gather accurate data. Perform data collection and analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement in product quality. Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions as necessary. Document all findings and maintain accurate records of inspections and tests using Calypso software. Assist in the fabrication of samples for testing purposes as needed. Qualifications Strong understanding of QA/QC principles and practices. Experience with quality inspection techniques and tools. Familiarity with industry standards such as CGMP, HACCP, and
ISO 13485
is preferred. Proficient in data collection methods and analysis for quality assurance purposes. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Previous experience in a laboratory or manufacturing setting is a plus.
