- LED , you’ll ensure LED equipment meets LMG’s high-quality standards before it ever hits the stage. You’ll manage prep workflows, inspect gear, and support warehouse optimization. ✅ Equipment Inspection
- Visually inspect LED components for cleanliness, damage, or wear; clean and apply basic repairs as needed ✅ System Setup & Testing
- Build and test LED system racks based on event specs to simulate live show conditions ✅ Show Order Fulfillment
- Review rental reservations and manifests to verify equipment accuracy, completeness, and prep readiness ✅ Case Maintenance
- Check, repair, and customize shipping cases for secure and efficient transport ✅ Warehouse Organization
- Maintain inventory storage using a coded binning system; assist with layout improvements for efficiency ✅ Team Collaboration
- Coordinate with logistics, floor technicians, and project managers to support accurate order prep and loading ✅ Truck Loading
- Assist with positioning and loading gear for transport to ensure safety and proper weight distribution What We’re Looking For Experience in LED or AV warehouse operations A strong eye for detail and quality control Technical knowledge of LED display systems and signal flow Hands-on problem solver who thrives in fast-paced environments Ability to lead prep cycles and prioritize workload under tight timelines Comfortable working independently and as part of a dynamic team Why Join LMG?
